Detlef Schreiber is CEO of the CEE Group and, there­fore, bears over­all respon­si­bil­i­ty for the group of com­pa­nies. He has been employed by the CEE Group since 10/2000 and has been a mem­ber of the man­age­ment board since 01/2004.

Chief Finan­cial Offi­cer

Kon­stan­tin Dor­neck­er is CFO of the CEE Group. His areas of respon­si­bil­i­ty include finance, con­trol­ling, tax­es and risk man­age­ment for the com­pa­ny. He joined CEE Group in 09/2014 and has been a mem­ber of the man­age­ment team since 01/2018.

Leon­hard Uphues
Chief Sales Offi­cer

Leon­hard Uphues is CSO of the CEE Group. His respon­si­bil­i­ties include investor rela­tions and cap­i­tal rais­ing. He joined CEE Group as a mem­ber of the man­age­ment team in 05/2018.

Chris­t­ian Bertsch-Engel
Chief Oper­at­ing Offi­cer

Chris­t­ian Bertsch-Engel is COO of the CEE Group. His respon­si­bil­i­ties include asset man­age­ment and oper­a­tions man­age­ment of the assets in the CEE port­fo­lio as well as IT and dig­i­tal­i­sa­tion. He joined CEE Group in 10/2014 and has been a mem­ber of the man­age­ment team since 01/2018.

Frank Grafe
Chief Invest­ment Offi­cer

Frank Grafe is CIO of the CEE Group. He is respon­si­ble for the Invest­ment Man­age­ment Divi­sion. Since 11/2011 he has worked for the CEE Group as a mem­ber of the Man­age­ment Board.
