Energiekon­tor AG announces the sale of a wind farm locat­ed east of Jülich in North Rhine-West­phalia. The pur­chas­er of the wind farm is the CEE Group, a Ham­burg-based asset man­ag­er spe­cial­is­ing in renew­able ener­gies.

CEE Group, the Ham­burg-head­quar­tered renew­able asset man­ag­er has acquired the Haune­tal (Hesse) and Eben­heim (Thuringia) wind farms from juwi, grow­ing it’s wind port­fo­lio to 528 megawatts.

Cux­haven and Ham­burg, Novem­ber, 27, 2019 – WKN GmbH, which is a sub­sidiary of the PNE Group, sold the “Wöl­sick­endorf” wind farm (Bran­den­burg), which has a total nom­i­nal capac­i­ty of 16.8 MW, to CEE Group in Ham­burg.

CEE Group, the Ham­burg-based renew­able asset man­ag­er and DunoAir, an expe­ri­enced wind ener­gy project devel­op­ment com­pa­ny based in The Nether­lands, announced today that CEE has acquired the Schwal­bach wind farm in Saar­land in Ger­many from DunoAir.

Energiekon­tor AG has sold the Wald­feucht wind farm to the Ham­burg-based CEE Group. The Wald­feucht wind farm is locat­ed in North Rhine-West­phalia west of Heins­berg not far from the bor­der with the Nether­lands.
