CEE Group, the Hamburg based renewable asset manager, has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of Nonnweiler wind farm in Saarland, Germany; bringing CEE’s total renewable capacity to approximately 710 MW.
CEE Group, the Hamburg based asset manager, has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of Emmen PV solar park in The Netherlands. This acquisition is CEE’s first direct investment in the Dutch market and increases the total rated output of its renewable portfolio to 680 megawatts (MW).
CEE Group, the Hamburg-based renewable asset manager and DunoAir, an experienced wind energy project development company based in The Netherlands, announced today that that CEE has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of two wind farms in Hesse (Hessen) and Rhineland-Palatinate (Rheinland-Pfalz) in Germany from DunoAir.
German asset manager CEE Group completed the sale of its portfolio of three solar farms in the UK to Greencoat Solar Assets II at the end of 2018. The portfolio has a total capacity of 60.4 megawatts, taking Greencoat Solar’s aggregate installed capacity above 600MW.
The asset manager CEE has taken a further step towards digitalisation. The Hamburg-based company has teamed up with partners to develop a database containing a large number of relevant component specifics of more than 130 wind turbines.
The asset manager CEE has taken a further successful step in expanding its portfolio. Its acquisition of a wind farm in Hessen raises the total capacity of all renewable energy sources managed by CEE to more than 668 megawatts. Max Bögl Stiftung and the private person Egbert Reitz are the sellers of the farm.
The Hamburg-based CEE reaches a new milestone – with its latest acquisition, the asset manager has increased its portfolio to 50 wind and solar farms. The total capacity of all renewable energy sources under the management of CEE has therefore risen to about 630 megawatts (MW).
Lampe Equity Management, the asset manager of the CEE Group, is being sold to Brookfield Asset Manage- ment. Following the usual anti-trust review, the sale is likely to be completed at the end of the year. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
