The Ham­burg-based pri­vate equi­ty firm CEE is steadi­ly expand­ing its port­fo­lio and has acquired a fur­ther Ger­man wind farm. With six tur­bines, the farm is sit­u­at­ed in Gilmerdin­gen in Nieder­sach­sen (Low­er Sax­ony) and has a capac­i­ty of about 12 megawatts (MW).

The Ham­burg pri­vate equi­ty firm CEE con­tin­ues to expand its wind pow­er port­fo­lio and has acquired a fur­ther Ger­man wind farm in Lüder­s­dorf, Bran­den­burg. The sell­er is the Dan­ish com­pa­ny Euro­pean Ener­gy A/S.

CEE, the Ham­burg-based pri­vate equi­ty group, con­tin­ues to expand its wind pow­er port­fo­lio in Ger­many. It has acquired eight wind tur­bines in the Vor­mark wind farm near to the munic­i­pal­i­ty Gross Pankow (Prig­nitz) in Bran­den­burg.

The Ham­burg-based CEE Group con­tin­ues to expand its wind port­fo­lio and is acquir­ing the Gol­len­berg wind farm cur­rent­ly under con­struc­tion in Rhein­land-Pfalz. The sell­er is juwi Energiepro­jek­te GmbH, which is also respon­si­ble for the con­struc­tion stage as gen­er­al con­trac­tor.

Vat­ten­fall and the CEE Group are con­tin­u­ing their suc­cess­ful part­ner­ship in direct mar­ket­ing, which began in 2015. Vattenfall’s direct mar­ket­ing team will con­tin­ue to man­age and mar­ket the renew­able ener­gies port­fo­lio of the Ham­burg-based CEE Group in the com­ing four years.

The CEE Group con­tin­ues to opti­mize its assets. Now the Wind­farm West­eren­gel in Thuringia/Germany, which belongs to the CEE Group port­fo­lio, was con­nect­ed to the elec­tric­i­ty grid using state-of-the-art tech­nol­o­gy. The alu­minum cables used by the man­u­fac­tur­er Nex­ans have a record-set­ting met­al cross sec­tion of 1,600 mm²

In Sep­tem­ber 2016 Heli­atek has raised 80 mil­lion euros to expand its pro­duc­tion vol­ume to an annu­al capac­i­ty of 1 mil­lion sqm. The financ­ing con­sists of equi­ty cap­i­tal amount­ing to EUR 42 mil­lion, loan of EUR 20 mil­lion and about EUR 18 mil­lion of sub­si­dies.

Lampe Equi­ty Man­age­ment GmbH, Bankhaus Lampe’s Ham­burg-based invest­ment com­pa­ny, cov­ers infra­struc­ture as well as renew­ables, ship­ping, real estate, forestry and pri­vate equi­ty.

CEE, the pri­vate equi­ty com­pa­ny in the Ham­burg-based Lampe Equi­ty Man­age­ment Group, will grad­u­al­ly sell its 60% major­i­ty stake in the CHP plant Zwick­au Süd GmbH & Co. KG to the cur­rent minor­i­ty share­hold­ers Zwick­auer Energie Ver­sorgung GmbH (ZEV). The par­ties have agreed not to dis­close the price.

he acqui­si­tion of the Mohon wind farm on 29 Decem­ber 2015 con­clud­ed the suc­cess­ful expan­sion of CEE’s port­fo­lio in 2015. CEE, an invest­ment com­pa­ny spe­cial­is­ing in renew­able ener­gies, is one of the largest inde­pen­dent pro­duc­ers of green pow­er in Ger­many.
