CEE, the pri­vate equi­ty com­pa­ny that spe­cialis­es in renew­able ener­gies has acquired the West­eren­gel wind farm and con­tin­ues to grow in the core Ger­man mar­ket and strength­en its posi­tion as one of the largest inde­pen­dent pro­duc­ers of green elec­tric­i­ty in Ger­many.

The Ham­burg pri­vate equi­ty com­pa­ny CEE, which has spe­cialised in renew­able ener­gy invest­ments for more than 15 years, is acquir­ing the Sten­dal solar PV park in the city of the same name in Sax­ony-Anhalt (Sach­sen-Anhalt).

The Ham­burg pri­vate equi­ty com­pa­ny CEE is expand­ing fur­ther inter­na­tion­al­ly and is acquir­ing the Aston Clin­ton UK solar farm from Bay­Wa r.e. renew­able ener­gy GmbH.

The Ham­burg equi­ty invest­ment com­pa­ny CEE con­tin­ues to expand its wind pow­er port­fo­lio and has now acquired wind farm Syl­da II in Sach­sen-Anhalt, which is cur­rent­ly under con­struc­tion.

The CEE Group has issued its first reg­is­tered bond, which was suc­cess­ful­ly placed. A large Ger­man insur­er sub­scribed for the entire EUR 40 mil­lion bond.

he Ham­burg pri­vate equi­ty com­pa­ny CEE is increas­ing its invest­ment in France and is acquir­ing three solar farms with a total capac­i­ty of 19.6 megawatts (MW). Specif­i­cal­ly, these are Espar­ron 1 (8.6 MW), Espar­ron 2 (5.1 MW) and Saint-Hilaire (5.9 MW).

The Ham­burg pri­vate equi­ty com­pa­ny CEE has con­tin­ued its planned inter­na­tion­al expan­sion by acquir­ing the Bices­ter UK solar pho­to­volta­ic (PV) farm from Bay­Wa r.e. Espe­cial­ly high-qual­i­ty com­po­nents – Solar­world mod­ules and Pow­er One invert­ers – were installed at Bices­ter.
