CEE Group supports financing round at Heliatek

Ener­gy on facades with great poten­tial

In Sep­tem­ber 2016 Heli­atek has raised 80 mil­lion euros to expand its pro­duc­tion vol­ume to an annu­al capac­i­ty of 1 mil­lion sqm. The financ­ing con­sists of equi­ty cap­i­tal amount­ing to EUR 42 mil­lion, loan of EUR 20 mil­lion and about EUR 18 mil­lion of sub­si­dies. The CEE Group sup­port­ed the financ­ing round at Heli­atek, to which it is direct­ly invest­ed, togeth­er with lead­ing ener­gy com­pa­nies. Heli­atek is the leader in the field of organ­ic elec­tron­ics. This tech­nol­o­gy enables a decen­tral­ized pow­er on the facades of indus­tri­al and com­mer­cial build­ings.
